How legal funding through JustFund works
JustFund can provide financial assistance in the form of a loan to cover legal fees and related expenses for eligible family law matters. Repayment is only required once your property matter reaches settlement.

• Applications not determined by income or credit score
• Funding available at any stage of the separation process

Who is eligible for funding?
JustFund funding is available only for property settlement matters. Unfortunately, it cannot be used for cases involving parenting arrangements alone. However, if you are dealing with both parenting and property matters, these can be funded together until the property component of your case is resolved.
